Profile of SPPL

Introduction:

M/s. Sindhura Paper Private Limited (SPPL) was originally incorporated as a Private Limited company on 19th April 2006 under Indian Companies act 1956 in the name of M/s Sanjay Kraft Paper Private Limited vide Registered U21012AP2006PTC49919. The company has changed its name to M/s.Sindhura Paper Private Limited. As detailed in its Memorandum of Association, the main objective of the company is to manufacture or to do the business of trading of Kraft Paper, strawboards, printing and cutting paper etc. The registered office of the company is situated at Lakshmi Nagar, Marampalli (V), Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, W.G.District.

Promoters & Directors:

Mr. Paleti Nageswara Rao, a resident of Hill Top Colony, Erramanzil, Hyderabad is the Managing Director of the company and Smt. P Padmaja W/o P Nageswara Rao is another Director of the company.

Management of the Company is vested with 2 Directors. Profile of the Directors here below is based on Company information.

Mr. Paleti Nageswara Rao, aged 57 years, is a graduate in commerce.  He has been the proprietor of M/s. P.K.C Mango Company, whole sale dealer in mango fruits for the last 25 years with a turnover of around Rs. 30.00 Crore per annum. He is a director in M/s Kakarla Finance Limited and Girishikara Projects Private Ltd.  He is the Managing Director of M/s Sai Bhakta Chits Private Limited.  He is also a partner in M/s Vaishnavi Impex, Distributors of Paper, since 2007. His rich experience in varied business interests has enabled him to operate Sindhura Paper Private Limited on profitable lines.

Smt. P. Padmaja w/o P. Nageswara Rao, aged 50 years, is also involved in the day to day operations of the existing unit.

Existing project:

The Company is already Implemented a Recycled based Kraft paper manufacturing unit with an installed capacity of 60 TPD at Dubacherla, Laxmi Nagar Village, Dwaraka Thirumala Mandal, West Godavari District, AP. Which is adjoining with NH-16.

Present project:

Estimating the future demand and the persistent nature of the product, M/s. SPPL now has set up White Duplex Board manufacturing unit with an Installed capacity of 80 TPD. 

In order to meet the energy needs of the mills, the Company has two alternatives:

·         Grid power with low pressure boiler.

·         3.0  MW Biomass based Co-gen power plant

With its preference lying with the second alternative, the Company has installed a 3.0 MW co-generation plant to meet its Thermal and Electrical requirements. For producing paper we require thermal energy (steam), from the same energy we are producing power at Biomass plant and the pass out steam from biomass plant we are utilizing the same for paper drying, thereby we are directly saving power cost as well as steam cost in paper manufacturing process and which is eco friendly as well as for obtaining carbon credits.

Our company turnover in 2015-16 is 29.00 Crores.

We have started commercial operation of our 2^nd Unit i.e. White duplex paper board plant from 01.01.2017. Our turnover in this financial year will be 37.00 Crores. Our target for next financial year is 100+ Crores, and we are aiming for ISO certification also in near future.

1. B & A Packaging India Ltd, Balasore, A public limited company, B & A Packaging India Ltd. (BAPIL) is engaged in the manufacture of a wide range of paper sacks & flexible laminates under the brand name, which is having accreditation of BARC & ISO.

2. International Paper, Rajahmundry, International Paper APPM Ltd., is one of the largest integrated paper and pulp manufacturers in India and owned by US Company. Since Two years we are getting accreditation as prime vendor because of our quality & services.

3. Safe Pack, Pune A reputed name in the field of packaging, Safe pack belongs to over 100 year old, fast growing, Specialty Packaging group. Safe pack has consistently introduced innovative packaging solutions to satisfy even the most demanding and quality conscious customers. Safe pack serves a broad spectrum of Industries mainly Metals, Automotive, Engineering, Electricals, Electronics, Defense, Pharma, Food, Textiles etc.

4. Swastika Packaging Industry, Kolkata Swastika Enterprises is engaged in the manufacturing of a wide range of Multiwall Paper Sacks under the brand name.

5. Hanuman Packaging, Kolkata It is also one of the multi wall bag manufacturing company located at Kolkata

6. AGI Glass Factory, Hyderabad AGI glaspac, An SBU of HSIL Ltd. (better known as AGI) established in the year 1972, are engaged in the manufacture of high quality glass containers to meet the stringent and demanding quality standards for the packaging needs of Food, Pharmaceuticals, Soft Drinks, Spirits, Beer, Wine and other industries.

7. Sree Nidhi Raja Packaging (Amarraja Group) which was promoted by Amarraja Group.

Financials of the Company:

All Term Loans of Unit No-I was cleared off as per schedule.

For 2^nd unit, company obtained 50.17 Crores Term Loan from Three Consortium banks. Term loan repayment was started from January 2017 as per schedule.
